Airy Pancake

Fu-manjuu on Kutani ware
I called on my good senior and his family with fu-manjuu(麩饅頭). My senior send me this photo with thank-you letter. Fu-manjuu, which is made from nama-fu(生麩) and red bean jam, is wrapped in a bamboo leaf.
